Whether you’re trying to conceive, already pregnant, or navigating life with a new baby, nutrition can feel… a lot. There’s so much information out there (and plenty of judgment too), and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or unsure about what’s really right for you. That’s where we come in.

At Teresa Romano Nutrition, we walk alongside you through every stage of your perinatal journey — fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. Our care is food-neutral, weight-inclusive, and always focused on you — your health, your baby’s health, and your peace of mind.

This Might Be the Right Fit If…

  • You’re trying to conceive and feeling discouraged or unsure or overwhelmed about how nutrition can better support fertility (His & Hers).

  • You’re pregnant and overwhelmed by symptoms (hello, constipation, heartburn, nausea, or fatigue) or dealing with complications like gestational diabetes or high blood pressure.

  • You want to feel confident about how to nourish yourself for the best maternal and baby prenatal outcomes without falling down the rabbit hole of conflicting advice.

  • You’re postpartum, and you want nutrition support that helps your body heal, supports breastfeeding, and gives you energy to care for yourself and your baby (without pressure to “bounce back”)

  • Help you recover after birth, support breastfeeding, and adjust to your new normal with realistic, grounded nutrition.

  • Guide you through allergy concerns, mast cell, histamine, or POTS responses, and early infant allergies with feeding and nutrition support
